ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Billericay Design Statement Association will hold its first Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2008 at 7pm at The Coach House, Crown Yard, High Street, Billericay. All members of the public are invited to attend.

The order of business will be:

1 Introduction

2 Chairman's Report

3 Treasurer's Report

4 Election of Officers
   The existing Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer, and Secretary being eligible
   for re-election are willing to stand.
   Nominations for alternative candidates must be received by the Secretary not
   less than seven days before the Annual General Meeting.

5 Composition of Steering Group
   Four members were co-opted to serve on the Steering Group subsequent to the
   Inaugural General Meeting of the Association in March 2007.
   In accordance with the Constitution, the appointment of such members must be
   confirmed at the Annual General Meeting.
