ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Billericay Design Statement Association will hold its second Annual General Meeting on 19 May 2009 at 7pm at The Coach House, Crown Yard, High Street, Billericay. All members of the public are invited to attend.

The order of business will be:

1 Introduction

2 Chairman's Report

3 Treasurer's Report

4 Election of Officers
   The existing Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer, and Secretary being eligible
   for re-election are willing to stand.
   Nominations for alternative candidates must be received by the Secretary not
   less than seven days before the Annual General Meeting.

5 Composition of Steering Group
   No new members have been elected to serve on the Steering Group since the
   2008 Annual General Meeting of the Association.
   However, the Steering Group is seeking an additional member to enhance
   representation for residents of Great Burstead & South Green.
   Nominations are invited, to be received by the Secretary seven days before the
   Annual General Meeting.
